Are you a sale driven person with passion for e-commerce and customer behavior? Do you have an analytical mindset?  If so, then you might be our customer`s new E-commerce Visual Merchandiser! 

The E-commerce Merchandising/Visual Merchandising function is responsible for maximizing net sales and profitability by driving the most commercial and inspiring online store through commercial planning, coordination, execution and strategic stock management. 

You are also responsible for maximizing sales by presenting the most commercial and inspiring online store. You will be responsible for driving sales and develop the best customer experience possible in one of our online markets. Together with your team you will create the best customer offer.

You will do that by: 
Drive net sales for your concept on a weekly basis by analyzing your sales figures, customer behavior on site and site performance, taking and executing actions according to the opportunities, threats and priorities identified 

Set the best strategic commercial plan pre-season and in-season for your concept based on your customer, sales results, commercial belief and previous learnings 
Strategically manage the stock levels of your concept by adjusting the buying, ensuring stock freshness and setting appropriate reduction costs throughout the season 
Have a plan on product placement on website, based on customer behavior, commercial plan. Ensure that the website is always commercial and inspirational for the customers.

Responsible for the e-commerce globally, where our customer digitally offer the world fashion and quality at the best price in a sustainable way! We offer e-commerce in all digital channels, and currently have e-commerce sites in 51 markets. 

Description of the project/team 

The job as E-commerce Merchandiser/Visual Merchandiser comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun! You will run our customers biggest store and together with your team including Business controllers, Merchandisers, Visual Merchandisers and E-commerce communication planners you are responsible for one of the markets at our customers Online Sales. (Note that as a consultant you need to be flexible to move between different markets)

Work tasks  
Drive net sales for your concept on a weekly basis by analyzing your sales figures, customer behavior on site and site performance, taking and executing actions according to the opportunities, threats and priorities identified. 

  • Set the best strategic commercial plan pre-season and in-season for your concept based on your customer, sales results, commercial belief and previous learnings 
  • Strategically manage the stock levels of your concept by adjusting the buying, ensuring stock freshness and setting appropriate reduction costs throughout the season.
  • Have a plan on product placement on .com, based on customer behavior, commercial 
  • Ensure that the company is always commercial and inspirational for the customer

Mandatory requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • An academic degree within business or engineering
  • Commercial awareness and sales drive – top of mind is always to sell more!
  • Customer focus
  • Result driven
  • Experience of Google Analytics
  • Strong excel knowledge and general interest in working in different system
  • Used to work with a lot of data

 
Qualifying requirements:
Preferably previous e-commerce experience
Previous experience from working in sales and result driven environment is a plus 

Tools/software:

Experience of Google Analytics

Strong excel knowledge and general interest in working in different systems

Team Player & communication skills

Language skills
From a language perspective, you need to be fluent in English
